Our head office in Coalville Leicestershire received a call regarding a concrete floor our customer had found under their carpet tiles in Coalville town centre. Our customer wanted to keep their concrete floor but the issue was the floor was covered in glues and stubborn rubber areas that would not shift. Luckily Cleaning Time knew exactly what to do in order to restore this back to life again! We wasted no time in agreeing a cost and a date to complete the work and transform this concrete back to life again! 

We began the work by applying a stripping solution on the floor, this solution was designed to remove glues etc that was on the floor and we left this to dwell for around 40 minutes. After we had waited for some time we started to scrub the floor using our top of the range rotary machines and diamond brushes. The brushes are designed to deep clean the concrete and remove any stubborn areas of glues etc. Once cleaning was complete, we removed the dirty soiled excess using our high pressurized wet vac system that cleaned and dried the floor. We left the floor to dry overnight, so it would be ready to seal when we return. If the floor is wet the seal would simply not bond onto the floor. 

When we returned 24 hours later we began to seal the floor using 4 saturations of solvent concrete sealant in order to protect the floor and allow future maintenance to be easier for our customer. The finishing result looked like a brand new concrete floor that had just been laid. Check out our Gallery to see more of our work!
